Screwfix Trade Counter
Just been to the new Screwfix trade counter in Gateshead.
How cool is that.
It's like a man's version of Argos. You go in, there is a central desk with loads of catalogues on it, bits of paper and loads of short
pencils. You fill in the number hand it to the guy at the till, five minutes later NEW TOOLS in your hand. On a Sunday! Without paying B&Q
prices!
Heaven!

Ever been the the toolstation trade counters? Owned by the guy who sold screwfix to B&Q.
Just like screwfix without the screwfix prices!

Shit, when the had the main midlands warehouse just down the road from me it didn't have a trade desk.
Still Cromwell Tools in Leicester do (sell lost of Kone stuff). Their prices are often cheaper than SF too.
