Please could someone download this file

Change the file extension to .jpg and email it to me at adamphelps*at*tesco.net?
School blocks .exe

be glad to help but I don't think my mail server will handle a 5.7MB attachment

how do you turn it into a jpg?! Just edit the name or does it need to be more realistic than that!
