Savate Kickboxing World Champ's- wish us luck!
Tomorrow, the Great Britain Savate Team go to France to once again compete in the biennial Savate World Championships!
It's an extremely fast and entertaining sport and very effective when mixed against other kickboxing variants.
I'm once again fighting in the male 70-76kg category and my girlfriend will be in the female 60-65kg category.
I'm defending my 4th place from 2004 and my girlfriend her 3rd place from the 2004 championships hosted in Bulgaria.
There will be teams from atleast 38 countries there this year. There were 25 people in my weight in 2004. I had 6 fights in 2 days! 
So it's fair to say I'm a little nervous!

The guy starting from the left corner in the blue 'integral' is a good friend of mine and the current World Champion for my weight
category. (Up until this Saturday!  ).
