Good player and a nice lad
I like snooker and he was a talent who will be missed from the game, sad news and condolences for his wife and child.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Absolutely knocked the breathe out of me when I heard it on the radio today and was gonna start this thread myself but decided not to. Such a talented
bloke who's made it so far in so short a time. Would have been his 28th birthday on Saturday. Got more in life than most people ever will then
cheated out of it. Like Dave said, so many bastards seem to go forever. And what winds me up is when logging on and looking at the news, people would
rather report on stuff like some footballer who bared his arse! Utter shite. I'm not a massive snooker fan nor a great football fan either
but this is proper news, a young bloke cut short in his absolute prime. Bollocks to someone showing their arse! Sorry for the rant but I do believe in
what I say and that sometimes insignificant things seem to outshadow the more important ones.

It wasn't a good news day for me! Though fortunately my cancer was/is much easier to treat - his was an unusual and difficult to treat kind from
what I've read.
I had testicular, finished treatment 18months ago for the second lot, 3.5 years to go before I'm considered cured.
The cancer wards are full of young lads/women who didn't think it could happen to them, largest risk period of testicular cancer is 25-35 IIRC
so I was a few years after it's common!
Really feel for his family.
