Something seriously wrong there.

The problem is there are too many dumb asses that reply to dodgy "ebay" emails that ask for user ID and password.

Any auction that says don't use the contact me feature has got to be dodgy. I'm suprised ebay don't have a better filter for sorting these auctions. It would be easy to filter out any auctions that include the @ symbol or @hotmail / yahoo etc for a manual check.

Edit: hmmm a quick auction search for "@" reveals about a million listings. "@hotmail shows 71000 and @yahoo supprisingly shows 79742 hits! I see ebays problem now. I'm sure ebay would pay good money for a solution to this problem!

I'm tempted to email him to see what he would want a prospective buyer to do next!

JackNco - can I ask what your avatar is all about?

Ive had a fair few took off, one because i put a but it now price in the listing, spamming in the header, (locost, MK, Westfield) all within hours of listing, this one only had a few hours left when it was pulled, there are loads of adds on now for breaking cars etc, all run the distance, me I get away with nowt.
