Bluetooth stereo headsets

Evening all.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience of Bluetooth audio? Specifically, I am looking at getting a setof bluetooth headphones to use with my PC/Mobile phone for listening to music about the house and in the garage, with no wires needed. The range I need is no more than about 20meters, and that will occasionally be through a couple of outside walls if I am in the garage.

Does anyone know of any good makes, or any pitfalls to beware of?

Cheers
Andy

I was asking about wireless speakers for the hi fi not so long ago, and I have it on good authority (a friend in the trade) that they are prone to signal blockage occasionally, a bit like digital drop out.
As far as bluetooth headphones are concerned I would think that just like you get drop out on digital tv where the picture pixellates etc, then you may well get sound distortion with blue tooth headphones depending on the conditions/interference/signal blockage in the area.
I must admit it put me off the wireless speaker option.
If they are relatively cheap then it might be worth the risk with your hard earned.

Cheers

Dave
