Don't do it!!!!

They are a absolute nightmare.

I had some fraudulent use of my card and it took me about 6 months to sort it out. They are utterly incompetent and I had to get loads of help to convince them that my account had been hacked.

I got it sorted in the end, but on several occasions almost gave up on a couple of grand as it was so diffiuclt to resolve.

I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I have Tesco, and I cannot fault them. Anything suspicious happens on my card they ring me straight away. I never discuss, and ring them back on the number on the card to prevent being scammed / conned.
They are very good about this and understand.

With buying bits abroad, I get several calls!!
However, they stopped my card when someone bought some cigars and other stuff in the USA. There were several purchases which were fraudulent.

As I said, best I have dealt with so far. Backed up by RBS.

Just my 2d worth.

Of all my cards, I've had positive experiences with both RBS/NatWest and AmEx. Only issue with Amex is it isn't taken everywhere.

Both the above have rung me on my mobile if they've spotted anything strange.
