TomTom Mobile

Has anyone got the TomTom software on their mobile. I got hold of a copy, installed it on my Nokia N73 and when I load it the tomtom logo comes up with the globe spinning, but it stays like that.

I haven't got the GPS unit yet as I wanted to make sure the software works. Does the GPS have to be connected before the program will load. I thought the program would open then you would choose the GPS device from there.

Or have I got a duff copy?

Cheers

Duff copy.

I had to combine a few before I could get it working on my 5500.

Got my GPS of ebay for less than £40.

Make sure you get one that talks to at least 30 odd satellites and not the lesser 16 variety.

And yes, you should can get the program to work without the GPS bit.

That's the 1st step.
