Cryptic! Have you contacted the seller and asked about how it was sent, and if tracking is possible? What is the nature of your problem?

Sorry if anyone here is from the RM but they're a load of muppets.....
Got a "sorry you were out" thing through my letterbox before Christmas, went along to get it, they couldn't find it. Said
they'd take a phone number and ring me back the same day. Week later hadn't heard anything so went back to be told "well obviously
if we'd heard anything, we would have rung you".... When I asked what the next stage was they said "well that's all we can do,
you can get onto customer services who can do a wider search"....
It seemed to be strange that despite the "sorry you were out" card having come from their delivery office they were now suggesting it had
gone into reverse gear and become lost somewhere between the person who sent it and their delivery office.
Customer services continued the impression that they clearly couldn't give a poo how many parcels go missing.
I think in 5 years I must have had 10-15 parcels go missing (all Royal Mail).... and I thought tampering with the mail was a serious offence (as was
theft)....
Oh well, prisons are full anyway.....

It does seem rather unfair though that unless you send stuff recorded delivery there's a pretty good chance that the stuff is going to get
half-inched!!!
Especially so now that you can purchase stamps off RM and print them off on the computer its a PITA to have to schlock to the local post office to get
it sent recorded just so they don't nick / bin / lose it....

Recorder Delivery is not guaranteed, it just means that if it arrives, the recipiant is supposed to sign for it.
What you should use for important stuff is Special Delivery. That (theoretically but large packets don't fit in the Special Delivery (different
labels and larger pale blue ties so the muppets on the bays can spot them) sacks, so can end up with the rest of the large packets) gets sent
seperately and gets booked in and out of every office en route.
Martin.

anybody an employee of Royal Post
I tried to call him twice today, once at the company number and once at the mobile number, recordings both phones. I need to get the post bar codes
from the shipment and try to follow up with Royal Post, Canada Post can't start from this end. The search needs to start in Britian. Seems he is
in Peterboro, which I understand is not far from Nottigham were my father is buried, RCAF Langar.
