Old Red /Black /Earth lighting cable - Where??

Want to put lights into my loft , would like to use the old colours to avoid Part P .

Has anyone got some to sell or know where I might find some?

If you're adding lights / switches to an existing circuit then the work is exempt. See Table 1, page 8 of the Part P regs:
