Anyone interested in North East womens football during the great war?

My father-in-law has just published his first book so I thought I'd stick it on here on the off chance someone's granny might have played football in the North East.

the Wife plays for the local Sunday league has done for the last 3 years.

I keep sugesting ways they could improve their goal celabrations but I usually get one of 'Those looks' .

PS getting to watch lots of girls running arround a pitch I earn car tinkering brownie points at the same time WIN-WIN in my book.
