I have absolutely no respect for the BiB! Throughout my childhood, I always wanted to join the police until my first foray into the world of motoring!
I had my moped on the road for three days and got pulled up four times! Each time it was the same two plod and each time they checked my documents and let me go with a producer for me to take my docs into the local nick which was a 50 minute round trip on a moped! I asked why they wanted me to take my docs to the station when I had just shown them all they needed. They told me to 'stop been cocky and do as I was told'.
I scrapped the bike and waited until I was 17 to get a car but things didn't change for many years!!
I think the cop in the vid was within his rights to get grumpy. He obviously wanted the guy to get out of the car and did what he though relavent to to so.
I still don't like the BiB though!

The officer was right 100% in this case

Giving a speeding citation on the spot is a courtesy not a requirement. The guy in the video was trying to be a smart ass and got called for it.

He broke the law and was pulled over, the officer made a simple and standard request and the guy questioned the request so the officer gave him several more chances which he didn't comply with either.

He was making the officers job much harder than it had to be so the officer dispensed with the courtesy of an on the spot fine and went with the misdemeanor arrest.

I don't know if I would have been as patient with the guy.

What an idiot! You would have thought someone who had been pulled once by the police already would know that when the fuzz nick you for doing something illegal, you don't start banging on about how they're they doing it all incorrectly when infact they're trying to give you a ticket rather than nicking you and putting you in the slammer overnight.....

Bit of an idiot for putting it on Utube really!!!!
