film premieres

is it possible for joe public to get a ticket for these or is it invitation only.

has anyone ever been to one.

if anyone has a spare single ticket for one would like to go to one.

A friend of mine and his Father went to Casino Royale in London, so it is possible! Not sure how they got the tickets though - I'll ask him - they both went wearing tuxedos!

Often tickets to the Premieres get sold for charity so if you've got the wedge you can buy 'em....

My sis went to see Arnie at the "London" premiere of an amazingly b-rated action movie.. Surprisingly it wasn't held in Leicester Square.

He stood on the stage and said

"I am so happy to be in..... (look down at card).... Finchley"

Apparently in the pause you could almost hear him thinking whereTF is Finchley!!!

Only one I've been to was ages a go as it was "Canon Ball Run II". Twas there because my sister was the PA for Misubishi UK's director. Jackie Chan had a Mitsubishi in the film if you don't remember.
