Bernie is different, I thought the same thing
"why does Bernie get all the birds" was going to be my comment. But he is FOCA which givecs him the rights to F1 from fia.

Actually, I don't think Ferrari as a company are the main problem - they run teams in GT racing (or sponsor/assist teams that run Ferraris
anyway) and you never hear about this sort of controversy in those race series. Minor squabbles yes, but major headline bust-ups? No.
I think that this is all about F1, big money, and egos. They are ALL doing their best to destroy the series from the inside.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Ferrari and Fiat companies are having BIG discussions behind the scenes, mostly about their names and
reputations being degraded by these stupid rows.

Yonks back "when I woz lad" Ferrari ran works teams at Le Mans against Ford and Porsche just this sort happened regularly but on a
smaller scale.
Exactly what Luca Cordero di Montezemolo and the Agnelli family think of all this is unkown, but Jean Todt is rumoured to be on the naughty step and
Ross Brawn the favoured safe pair of hands..

Unfortunately, if you look at recent history as regards to the Maserati MC12 you might think differently. Maserati being a Ferrari subsidiary when the
car was developed.
