We don't have a barfing icon do we?

Guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

Joel?

Don't drink and type.

It looks like a black septic tank on wheels.

Cheers

It looks like a lardy great lump, totally unsuited to UK roads. I bet it needs a huge great V8 just to start it rolling...
...and don't ask about cornering, as US vehicles only go in straight lines (ducks into bunker, to avoid incoming missiles from the western end of the Big Pond! )

unless im remembering wrongly, its a ford f650 with 810lft of torque and a train weight of 30 tonnes.

I was driving a 4x4 in florida and some guy pulled up beside me, his bonnet was at eye level love it.

america does have some very nice looking cars, a lot in pearly white to which might not work over here. Dodge charger for instance.

im seriously thinking of getting an old van and using it as a donor for a HUGE offroad pickup. Probably wont happen but nowt wrong with planning

If that Charger had some decent wheels on it, it'll look great!

Confused but excited.

With a 55 mph speed limit, I suppose sitting above two huge petrol tanks, is what passes for excitement over there.

interstates are 65mph, but we did 90 quite a lot You do get slowed down due to the idiotic fact that there is no overtaking lane - you end up with 3 lanes at the same speed.

That kind of thing is all over the place here. You can have them. They are handy for farmers and the like for hauling huge amounts of stuff long ways.

Ay carumba!! Those motors are
UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGLY!!!

What is it with American motors?

GT40 = nice
Ford Mustang (pre 1973) = nice
Caddy = cheesy
76 Stringray = OTT but kind of nice!

99% of the rest = overly large crudmobiles.

I know the phrase for motoring is "hauling arse" but if the country wasn't so morbidly obese they wouldn't need such big ugly cars to "haul (their) arse" in....

I saw one of those F650 jobbies yesterday in Bristol. It was massive, bright red and had Avon Autogas written down the side. Crazy
