How many accidents will that cause with people rubbernecking?.
Good Stunt, but not for the road IHMO.
1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

I saw this a few weeks ago - I was ashamed to drive alongside...
 
 
It was moselying along at about 50mph and all the (polystyrene?) trim was flapping in the wind... it was to be honest well finished off.

It's a part of Japanese subculture called "Bosozoku" (pronounced 'shite' ).
Have a look at these. They do this to full size artics as well!
