don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Well as it says, he obviously didnt gain any advantage and button and sato made the same mistake. I cant imagine the punnishment will be too harsh (i
hope)
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

the media and FIA are detracting from the only decent year in F1 in recent years ( for brits anyway)

With Mclaren doing all they can to make life difficult for themselves and Ferrari's tuppence worth I suppose a race disqualification for sunday
would be just about normal.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

Fortunately there is no penalty for the drivers involved, just a fine for the teams and the tyres taken off them.
Does seem strange that the scrutineer the FIA have put in the McLaren garage didn't spot this and insist that Freddie was given an extra set of
tyres too. Not doing his job very well was he!
