Thought with the met getting a little trouble first time they had to deal with some crims South African police have been shooting at loads of folk with no problems for years

What did the driver do? Was he doing 33 in a 30 zone?

Maybe they did a check on the PNC and he didnt come up with anything bad - must be unheard of in that area
