You will probably find that your insurance company insist you take it to their authorised repairers. Only a cynic would suspect kickbacks in
operation.

IMHO I BELIEVE you can take it anywhere you want for repair. They will try and make it difficult for you to do so and if you do you will not be
entitled to a courtesy car unless you use their recognised repairer. Most recognised repairers should also be gauranteeing (sp) their work. DO NOT
remove the car from the premises untill YOU are fully satisfied with the quality of the work.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
