That flip-up type of helmet tends to generate a lot of wind noise - certainly true of the Cabergs, not sure of that brand though.
Never seen a helmet inspected at a regular track day though.

For a track day anything is usually okay, if you're competing it's a different matter.
shimming solid lifters is a job for a friend...

as dan righlty says bike helmets are not really any good in cars, as your head is at a totally different angle to which it would be if you were sat on
a bike, but from you avatar it lokks like you've got a screen so maybe ok.

*popcorn time*
If riding a bike get an good (probably expensive but don't measure by price), but don't bother buying an expensive bike helmet for
a car, they don't work any better than the cheap ones. Buy an expensive/good car helmet instead. But if using instead of sunglasses then
anything comfortable will do.
Cars and bikes have very different accident modes and rider/driver positions (the aerodynamic lift of a bike helmet when sitting in car has been
touched on already) and the helmets are constructed to deal with that (multiple medium impacts from a roll cage and a fire vs a big hit and a long
scrape).
If your head hits the road (inverted car without a decent roll cage) it really doesn't matter what you have on you head.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Well, it'll keep your head looking tidy for when then want to put it next to your body in the coffin...
I use a bike helmet, but don't drive fast enough to worry about aerodynamic effects - by that I mean sub-90mph. The main reason I wear it is to
protect my eyes.
