Mr Nasty
I'm going round the engineers today with a young planner who is a bit timmid and has been walked all over in the past. I'm playing good
cop / bad cop and now their all in shock  oh I'm so bad sometimes, what fun,  I want my progress NOW!!! 
I should add that the young planner was well chuffed
