MP3 multi media player, recorder

I'm heading away for with work, and my hol's are coming soon, i was looking to buy a ipod 80gb, to put music, pictures, and a few films on, when I was on good old flea bay pricing stuff i found this yoke, see linky below, it also records from a camera, was wondering what you all think of it, i was thinking cool, it would save me buying a recording device for a on car camera.

Let me know what you think please.

Cheers

it's hard disk based, and as such will die a horrible death in no time on track - if you want digital recording for track, go solid state. i've tried the likes of archos for track day footage - tended to get about 15 seconds recording before it gave up being able to write to the disk and crashed.

I'd recommend this:

http://www.solware.co.uk/gadgets-toys/mobibox-mp410-portable-media-player.shtml

Which is the same thing that www.fastfilms.co.uk sell for about £160+VAT but you can get it for not much over £100 or about £120.

Uses SD, about a gig an hour and a 2gig SD is about 6quid now?

Built in screen and speakers etc.
