standard brick sizes?

I am hoping to build my brick BBQ over the course of next week.

I have some bricks left over from some previous work done at my house and they vary in size somewhat.

What is the current standard size for bricks?

Or isnt there one!

I think that the standard brick size is 215 × 102.5 × 65mm, i might be wrong.

A "standard" modern brick is generally as above.

Down my way they tend to be measured by the size of the disc brake...

Old imperials were roughly 4"x3"x9" with quite a lot of variation in size.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
