Oh no - you mean we wont any longer have the excitement of being forced to wait 3 minutes to find out if driver A managed to pass driver B after ITV
decided to fit in a commercial just at that point when we got the 30 seconds of excitement out of the generally dull 85 minute race?? Darn!!!

To some it might appear a witch hunt against Brundle ?

I think ITV's coverage has been good overall. The breaks are a pain, but if something does happen during the break, they normally replay the
action afterwards.
Didn't Martin Brundle commentate for the BBC before the coverage moved to ITV anyway?
I wonder the reason for it tho - ITV are in the middle of their contract at the moment, maybe they just couldn't afford it anymore -
they've been losing money lately...

I finally found the ideal way to watch F1 last weekend... I recorded the race onmy sky+ and played it at double speed then watchged at normal
speed when something interesting happened
And quite a lot of iteresting things happend... I wouldn't say 'good race' but certainly interesting...

Yey! No adverts. Turned me from a F1 fan to a highlights only person....
Jim's not part of the team anymore is he? I thought it was Ryder?
Why don't they team Brundle up with another ex-driver? I think Walkers a bit old to be honest- though weekly international travel wouldn't
be necessary- he could always do the voice-over in real-time from the UK!!! At least they might get rid of the other ITV commentator chappy-
he's pants....
What's his name? James Allen?

Max & Bernie won't let Brundle back in --- Max is suing Brundle over the McLaren Witch hunt remarks.

Brundle got a very short shrift on his grid walk. No one would talk to him apart from Kelly Osbourne. Maybe Bernie's had words with the
drivers/teams or something?
They cant have all been mentally preparing for the race and if they were some weren't doing a very good job...

BBC web site clearly Murray Walker smells a rat.
Quote Murray
"It's an amazing development because I think ITV did and do a superb job, and I think there is more to this than meets the eye."

Not worried either way but if it means we get "the chain" it can't be bad.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

dont you mean "we've" paid for it? Id much rather the BBC wasted our money on other things, and let ITV fund their F1 coverage out
of advertising revenues. Quite disappointed myself, i like brunble and can put up with allen now he's calmed down a bit.

Maybe I'm being thick but from the press releases I haven't seen anything saying brundle won't be working as a presenter under the
bbc? Surely if their contracts will no longer be valid for itv as it's not showing it they'll be free to move over to the beeb?!
I like Martin and Mark, think they do good jobs on the telly and actually have the experience to backup what they're saying unlike the other
muppet on there.

Get Ben Edwards and John Watson to commentate, they used to be great when Eurosport had F1.
