Just to follow on from James' comments, thehun.com is well worth a vist from time to time.
but just a warning (I'm a european IT manager so I should know), click this link while your at work and you will be queueing at the job centre
within days.
It is a specifically monitored site (epecally if you work for americans).
But I dont want to spoil the party, click from home and enjoy all this site has to offer.

And as an ex IT professional avoiding the beady eye of management sniffing software, I can reccomend ssh tunnels and external SOCKS proxies for
browsing from work with peace of mind

nothing much to tell. I used to work in computer support, on night shift I would forward my web browsing through a socks proxy on my colocated server,
over an ssh tunnel, so the browsing activity monitor server couldn't see me.
they also used the logs from that server at least once to throw the book at a guy who came and clocked in for the early shift at 7:30am then browsed
the web for three quarters of an hour before doing the stuff in the server room he was supposed to. They were looking for an excuse though.
I prefer to avoid the beady eye of big brother where possible
