hopefully no more pathetic catapaults (god I miss my spell checker, only a basic one on the phone ), lost count of number of times they had to make them, every one as bad as the last...oh and it's thrown the ball 20ft and shattered into pieces how predictable.

more planes, a spaceshuttle perhaps or nuclear reactor

Theres catapults next week, the trailer at the end showed them launching scooters with them.
The cars this week were poor , the reliant in its original form could have been persuaded to beat 80mph.Its all rigged anyhow , i know someone who was in a team some years back and most of the work is redone after the teams have built there project by a safety team. Most times they do any thing that should go fast there is a problem that prevents it from working correctly.

Yeah me for one.

It is engineered, of course it is. It is TV after all. But it is more relaxed and organic than youd think. Ive jumped around that scrap yard in a vane attempt to find specific materials - nothing there. After a short break found the exact required materials very easily. Were they planted - who knows!!!

To be honest i found it an awesome experience and defo one to do. Hard work. In fatc insamely hard work but ive been in the back od chrightons soft top land rover on the beach so surely not all that bad.

I was part of the driller thrillers team making land yachts.

Last night's episode really was rubbish.

Weld two pintos together end on end and wonder why it doesn't work.

Stick a tiny little turbo onto a standard Ford V6 without altering the fueling at all and wonder why it doesn't work.

Here's hoping it gets better.

If they had just chopped the body off that camper and put some bigger wheels on it I`m sure it would have done more than 82mph......
And as for disconnecting the wrong engine - a quick look at the plugs would have told them which engine was working !
Dissapointed , to say the least

Its cuz I is blond , innit

Claire xx

Will weld for food......

That was the other team we were competing against. Ours was the twin sail job. We got anialated in the final race. The filming made it look closer for the purposes of TV!! The megolomaniacs land yacht collapsed just after the finish line as well, but the won fair and square by a mile. At least they went onto be series champions.
