Tight gits...............
Sneaky.............
I haven't found a charter flight yet that does more than 15kgs, ie MY travel, Thomas Cook..........
£25 per 5 kilo over, I'm sure it used to be around a 20kilo allowance on a typical holiday flight ?

i just booked a flight to londonderry, great! only £5 each way, hmm thats only texes, no actual fare price, so how do they make any money?!
click next...
how many bags to check in? hmm, well its only saturday to sunday, so 1, that'll be £25... er, really... think i can manage to wear the same
clothes for 2 days
even just checking in at the airport with no bags was still an extra £5..
right, so i avoided the extra charges! woohoo! £5 each, £10 in total!
total fare £10 it said, next to card details it showed £16. erm.... handling charge. ok then....

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

The wife and I went liverpool to dublin last month for 4p return inclusive , had to pay £4 to pay the 4p so total of £4.04. Then did online check in
with hand luggage only so no extra charges.
When we got back we found some for 0p now they cannot be making a lot on that

A lot of airlines have contracts with the airports whereby they promise X number of passengers per flight/month/year... for a cheaper landing fee.
The only way to get this number of passengers thou is to make a loss on the individual flight... but it enables them to make a profit /bigger profit
over the course of the month/year.
Who the f**K tightened this up!

yea, I done Denmark for 1p return, but when you jump on your holiday flight, get ready, more than 15 kilos n your coughing up...........
Some even want £50 to guarantee sitting together on flight ? What next ?
And whilst on the subject of flights, what is it with our American friends, why do they always want to "carry on" a case big enough to
last a month ? You can check it in ? The number of internal USA flights I have took and had to have my bag round my feet because the lockers are full
of elephant sized carry ons.......?
