I'll bet his neighbours really like him!
Personally I hate loud cars (and bikes) it's just pure selfishness on the part of the owners

If it hadn't been for the loud pipe on a bike when I was coming out of a blind driveway recently, I would have spotted him far later than
I'd heard him!

So are you saying that loud cars and bikes are alright? Not really logical though, is it, because if you were deaf then the loudness wouldn't
have helped, and the accident, if there was going to be one, would have happened anyway.
Trouble is, most people aren't deaf and the people who drive around enjoying the noise their cars make are being very unfair to others.

Sorry guys, I have edited the OP to correct in the 2nd video I was trying to share, the car pulling out the driveway.
Re noise, to give the guy his due the pipes were an open "race set" he had just made up and was trying out

It sounds like the car chase from Bullitt 2 minutes in.

yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

have you noticed that they overtook the same VW Beetle 3 times in 30 seconds? And the same silver car pulled out on them 2 or 3 times!

I suggest you re read my post. It's quite simple and written in English.
At no point did I give an opinion on excessive noise, I merely pointed out that hadn't it been for the noise (which wasn't a race can), I
knew it was there sooner that had he been pushing it
But, since you make a comment about my (ungiven) point of view, I may as well let you have one.
Do I condone loonies riding/driving around with race cans on bikes or huge bass speakers in Corsa, then no. Do I disapprove of the odd TVR (with
standard pipes) belting past me on the motorway. Absolutely not.
Is my car noisy. Yes.
Is it legal. Man from Ministry says so.
Do I sit on my drive and rev it all day long. No
Will your car be noisy or will you keep it down to 75db?

Well, my supposition about your point of view (which as you have pointed out was incorrect) was based on the context of your reply to me. It appeared
that you were offering an opposing point of view.
It still did when I read through it again. Not to worry though, we've all got bigger fish to fry
