Is this a scam? ebay/paypal help needed

What do you reckon to this? scam or not
Instinct is telling me to leave well alone, but
i'm a naturally suspicious type, am i being too cautious?

I'm selling a phone on ebay, and received this message.

Hello,

Will you ship the phone to Lithuania? I am there till June 05 2008 and want to get the phone before i get back to USA. I`ll pay all shipping fees! Just let me know how much it will cost me and when it will be shipped if i`ll pay you today. Thank you!

I've heard bad things about paypal, for example
If someone pays by paypal can they claim the parcel never arrived or the goods were faulty and get their money back?

Cheers

Al.

If you are in any way suspicious then just leave well alone. Really not worth the risk at all. I dont think i would ever sell an item abroad now myself to be honest.

ebay is for selling/buying cheap s**t so if someone is being over generous like paying over the selling amount, all fees/shipping etc. then be suspiscious.

Go ahead it you want but work out how much you will lose if the sales goes pear shaped and if acceptable, then go continue.

I also only ship to the UK and state this in the advert as well which can save you some hassle.

Crikey, that a bit of a worry
because of my low trading record, even though my feedback is 100% Ebay insist i offer Paypal as a method of payment.

I'm wondering now if i should pull the item
and try to sell it elsewhere.
