obscure music question
Does anyone know the rousing music they played over the loudspeakers at the start of every rugby match during the last rugby world cup?
Why do they call Port Harcourt "The Garden City"?...... Becauase they can't spell Stramash.

The tune is Jupiter by Holst.
He later added words to make it "I vow to thee my country"
These were later basterdised into "World in Union" for the 1991 Rugby World Cup.

and I cant think of a better reason to basterdise! Original is a great peice of music, "I vow" is a great hym and "World in
Union" is a great anthem.
If its broke, fix it. If it aint broke, take it apart and find out how it works!
