Dale: Yeah some ah@le did that in West Vancouver a few years ago and screwed me out of a nice house. I offered more than the other offer but he was doing a number on his ex and wouldn't take it. The agent I had said "run" so we did. And now the place is worth about $300,000 MORE. Totally out of all but the drug dealers' range now in the Lower Mainland.
