For Real?
Just looking into bike licences and this came up in a google search.
http://www.drivinglicencetoday.com/index.html
Very cheap website, but was a sponsored ad on google.
What they seem to be saying is you can apply for an EU licence even if you dont have a UK one or have lost it and they will do it for you for £400.
Seems a bit far fetched and if there was a loophole im sure it would be worth more than a cheap website!

Sounds just about feasible - get a licence from a country that doesn't have such strict rules, but if you get it with your real name and address
and the cops stop you, they will be able to see if you've got 12 points on your UK licence, won't they.
Personally, I think the 10ft bargepole applies to this scheme - no address, no phone number, gmail email address, dodgy spelling, unnamed

I could be wrong but I thought I read somewhere that it was only temporary licences which couild be obtained in this way...
"That thing you're thinking - it wont be that."

I've seen adverts like this before and really hope its not geniune. If you cannot pass your test, really should you be driving? 12 points on
your licence you've been banned for a reason.
