NTL Not So Broadband!!!!!!!!
Have been on NTL broadband for 2 weeks it been out of service 3 times for many hours, this is my dial up!!!!!
Is this country wide or just surrey or just me...
Been off all this evening and is still off (00.31am)

i've had fine broadband service, but the TV is terrible. Just waiting for the motivation to write them a letter...

We had this problem when we got broadband at our house at uni. We phoned up and the engineer came round and recalibrated the line or something. He
said as ntl was already in the house they must have assumed it was calibrated for broadband when they came round and set us up.
