Dear all - whilst trying to repair a Laptop (smashed Power Jack on the Motherboard) given to me by my brothers in-laws, I found the need to visit the
above for a specific spare part I need.
Please find a copy of my email to the owner and consequent reply:

Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately as your website is not easy to navigate around, search for - or indeed send an email (I don't
use Outlook) I have ordered the part from the USA, ironically for comparable price. I would have preferred ordering from a local or even UK supplier
to protect all of our workforces.
For your information regarding your reply email. As a web-designer and general computer analyst, emails without any text in them usually (as in my
case) get automatically dumped into JUNK (where I found yours). When responding to emails it is usually best if you put a little text in them to allow
Email Clients such as Outlook and Thunderbird to allow it to identify emails as "not junk", thereby allowing the email to come through as
genuine.

What a nice man!! I think he's so nice we should all send him an email or 20, and register him with a few sites for some "man love"
to show our appreciation!! Now who knows some??

To put this childish disagreement to it's natural conclusion - I do not hold against you any grudges. I sincerely wish you and your company all
the very best of luck in this difficult trading climate. The strongest companies with the best customer service and reasonable pricing inevitably
succeed. Treating potential customers with contempt whilst using foul language in communications ultimately results in the word of mouth surrounding
specific companies being bad and bad news travels much quicker than good news.
As the company I work for manufacture and supply some of the higher value electronics eg silicon chips, SMD's etc. etc. I really hope your
relations with them; maybe even us, are much better than the acrimonious relationship we seem to have found ourselves in.
I can safely say in my last 20 years of working with some of the largest companies in the world you are the most obnoxious cretin I have ever had the
misfortune to communicate with.
But good luck all the same!
