My arms and wrists ache!!!
Nooo not for that reason. I have a wife for that
I made a bench in my garage yesterday and painted the wall underneath it and a bit of the floor.
Painting bare breeze block is a right pita to get it all covered. Im gonna spray the rest!!

I painted 300sqM of it last summer - twice!
Second coat was a lot easier!
Not a nice job is it.

Not really, no. Although I guess that ultimately depends what and where you're spraying. In an empty garage it's not messy at all.

Currently painting the garage floor myself.
Just popped in for a quick tea break as it's taking sodding hours!
Got the Mrs to do around the edges with a little brush so I only had to worry about the main areas... still taking forever!
And how come a 20square metre tin of paint isn't going to 'quite' cover the floor of a 12square metre garage!!!
Gah!

Same way as I do ceilings.
A soft broom, or roller on a long broom handle.
Put the paint in a tray on the floor.
Then do it all standing up. No bending involved.
OK its all hard work, but the less bending involved the better.
EDIT: make the first coat a watered (not necessarily with water!) down one. It seals the floor, then the second coat goes on easier and you end up
using less paint.
Or even a UPVA wash cost first to seal the concrete.

empty.
Mmmmmmm to spray or not to spray, that is the question..........................
