Free-running (Parcours) on ITV This Morning now...
Well, 10:50 they said.
It's Sebastian Foucan... the free-runner from Casino Royale!
I did some free-running training with some guys that had lived with Sebastian, top bloke apparently.

 Oh man! I missed it!!! I have been doing freerunning for three years now, I even trained with seb for a day when he came to do a presentation on
Jump Britain and London at a theatre in the lakes.
I haven't been doing so much recently but this makes me want to go out right now and do some vaults.... 
And yeah, he is such a nice guy, not pretentious now he is famous, just a really kind sorta fella. And also as ripped as f*#k!
