nice car, not the best choice of garage
http://jalopnik.com/5065896/hand+made-lamborghini-built-in-basement-finally-sees-light-of-day
as in subject, nice looking car, not the best choice of garage, probably spent near to the cost of an original in the end.

Link doesnt work..
But saw it the other day.. It is a very very nice looking car!!
Quite how you can build a complete car from scratch without test driving/testing systems is beyond me...I would want to be sure the rolling chassis
worked BEFORE putting on the bodywork lol...

locoster of the decade would be mnore appropriate.
re: It took Ken 10 years to complete the project,
I bet if he saved $ 100 a month over the 10 years, he would have been able to buy the real thing.

I would like to buy a Lambo based on your logic (price!)
($100 x 12 months) x 10 years = $12,000
Now, I don't know where you have seen Countach for sale for £8000??????

Agreed. It's probably better made..
I have no problem with well engineered (which it appears to be at first glance) and well executed replicas....the rest I hate.
I had the good fortune to sit in and have a short ride a a real one recently....stunning looks (as we know), but just about everthing else is quite
uninspiring.....bit of a shattered dream really...
Oh well...

Thats a really nice build.
I have to say though that I thought the Lambo in the Cannonball run looked ropey. It wouldn't have inspired me to build one. They always looked
better in those 80s posters of the era, all polished, shiny with deep glossy paint.
