A decent tool shop.
I got mine there, a Draper one, £ 70. More expensive than say ones on ebay (another place) but I went for a known brand so that I can get spares -
the mandrels have been known to break.
Also online - CBS plus if then there are other tool stores on line.
Prices start from about £ 25.

I have a Sealey one thats still going strong after 6 years. Didn't cost the earth and used properly it shouldn't break the mandrels too
often like some cheaper makes. Spares are available

i just got a £25 of ebay, hasn't let me down yet! you'll be surprised that you don't use it that often, so i i would fork out a
fortune for one

Got mine from a show for £17.99 and it hasn't let me down yet. No idea about spares but to be honest you don't use it that oftern as
above^^^
