We used to do a similar thing with plastic bottles launched by a compressor from a plastic pipe (domestic stench pipe). Drill a hole in the bottle lid
to take an air line, fill it to about a quarter full of water then put it in the pipe with the airline through the hole in the lid, don't push
it too far in. Open the air tap with as much pressure as you can supply and watch it go.
