you often see police speeding, it seems to me..
.. can't be too long before some bright spark with time to waste gets hold of a speed camera and a video camera or something and goes out
setting speed traps just to catch plod cars.. that'd be great, I think.

Anyone seen a Cop using a MOBILE PHONE whilst driving, since the ban? One rule for one... I thought they could only use their walkie-talkie's...
