Hi all What is the best stuff to use for the nose cone grill, and best place to get it from. cheers .

if you want to mesh it buy the ali mesh that you want/prefer.
My builder used 4 little squares of wood which were hot glued into each orner of the nose cone. then the mesh was screwed in each block of wood. looks
very neat and tidy!

have a look in B & Q they sell loads of dif mesh sheets which will fit

i got mine in b&q...just bonded it in.i think halfords have nicer black stuff though...

Just make sure you don't buy too tight a mesh. Mine was that type and the engine used to get quite hot. It fell out one day, and it's
never gotten hot since! And apparently, it looks better/more like a race car with no grill and just the rad sitting there.
