Boiler help? Valliant eco tec plus

My Mum was away for a week , turned the boiler off on the timed/constant off switch.
Came back turned it back on and it did'nt work.
I went round and looked at it, saw an error code on the screen, turned the main switch off, left it 5 mins, turned it all back on and it worked fine all rads hot etc. Then turned it back off.
It's now been left off for week again, Mum cam home last nigbt, same story.
It's now got the following error code and having talked her through turning it off and on again as I did and it making the right noises, firing up and then shutting down the book says...

F.75 No pressure rise was detected on turning on the pump Water pressure sensor or/and pump defective
Air in the heating system, quick bleeder defective
Too little water in appliance; check adjustable by-pass; connect
external expension vessel to return

Is there something I can check/bleed/do or is it a job for a real boiler man to charge the earth for
BTW it was serviced only a month ago
Edited: To add that it's only 2 years old

Hi,

It could be a sign that the pump is on its way out,If you remove the centre screw from the pump and insert a plane headed screw driver to spin the pump manually I would imagine the boiler would then fire(pump probably just jammed) Either that there could be quite a bit of sludge in the system causing the pump to jam)
