Way O/T - fancy a different project?
Does anyone want a wooden boat project? I have 2 GP14s that need a good home. I used to sail 1 of them and it is probably still sailable, the other
hull has good frames but damaged ply skin. It was to be a long term project to make 1 good one from the 2, but they have to go.
There is almost enough stuff to make 2 boats but a lot of work would be required.
1 good ali mast and boom, 1 wooden mast & boom, 2 suits of sails, 1 spinnaker
Also included - boat trailer with no suspension or wheels, heavy duty launch trolley.
Similar items on ebay do not fetch much. There seems to be no appetite for projects, so in keeping with the Locost ethos, I would rather they went to
someone time rich but cash poor who would be able to put them to good use.
