Quick or what? LCB continues to impress

Last Wednesday I realised I needed some spacers for the car I was working on, fairly straightforward but needed one end turned down a bit. Anyway, no material and no lathe, so needed to come up with something.

That evening I paced a post in the Wanted section-

at 8.39pm
I had the first of several U2U's by 8.52

The parts arrived yesterday, I painted them and fitted them to the car today (and I understand the small amount of dosh I sent arrived safely today )

Pretty good, don't you think? Oh and the Royal Mail played their part well too, as the spacers had to come the best part of 300 miles.

My thanks to all the people who replied, and to the gentleman who actually supplied the bits (not sure if he wants his name mentioned)

John

I think the 300 miles might give us a clue
