Machining in the Midlands... recomendation

To cut a long story short, I ended up at a presision engineers yesterday with some bits I needed modifying for the TVR..

The guy has a nice selection of manual lathes, presses, mills and grinders etc... Very proffesional if a little old fasioned.

His prices seem exceptionaly reasonable.... and he seemed happy to see a customer... the recession he says has started to hit him hard (as they used to make jigs etc for the motor/building industry)

Anyway... If anyone needs anything machining in the Midlands (Malvern/Worcester area) Then this guy is the person to go talk to

U2U me if you want his address.

There are not enough small "old school" machinists out there... and loosing them would be a nightmare!
