Binatone 350 series sat Nav

A big cry for help going out, just tried to update my x350 to use Tom Tom mapping and have dropped a little bit of one. I sppear to have lost the Resident flash file so now I have a sat nave that only turns on and finds satelites. Can any one help ie copy there Resident file or point me in the right direction. Binatone appear to be very poor at supporting their units

Life is like a bowl of fruit, funny how all the weird looking ones are left alone

Got it from my favourite gps site here maybe worth registering on and having a search round.
