Garage roof insulation part 2

Hi all after asking in the link below i have decided to put a steel roof over the old asbestos roof
I have just seen a advert for B&Q selling insulation at £3 a roll 5m Long x 1.1m wide do you think this type of insulation will be ok to use in between the roofs

That's what we've got on 1 of ours, the other had polystyrene sheets retrofitted when the single skin steel decided to rain inside!.
Not done much work in that garage to see if it's anymore effective than the polystyrene but should imagine it's as good if not better.

Hi Jako,

Is it just the glassfibre stuff? you will need to keep some form of air gap to prevent condensation but it should be ok. or if you want polly foam see if you have a sheefield Insulation near as it verry cheap.
