Quite possibly, looks like the prefab was done in a factory by lots of people. Does look like it doesn't include laying a foundation and
finishing off the inside (so it's ready to open) though

I bet it it also helps when your payig people to work 24 hours at a very low rate.
I wonder how many injurys their were while the contractor/government were showing off how fast they can go.

Not bad, the work is in the prefab sections as said.
We used to put up prison blocks up from foundation level to ready to live in in 12 weeks, two holding wings, central control area, kitchens etc. Only
two floors though, and 50 hour weeks.
We also erected the steelwork for the Westminster Park Plaza hotel, started in Oct 2007, finished in July 2009. One piece of steelwork a day because
of the transport regulations.
DO NOT PUT ON KNOB OR BOLLOCKS!

Building over there isn't that different to builders here.
I bet they have to phone loads of times to get that crane taken off the roof!
