I'm a relative youngster, only 11 years... although I do remember joining just before my first batch of metal arrived, which means that I've
been building my car for around a decade

Yes, I did meet the "legendary" CalvinX, he lived a few miles away from me up in Aberdeenshire, after I had a sit in his Panther and decided
to build a Locost myself, we both went to buy my donor sierra which I got for 50 quid back in 2006. He was quite a helpful guy actually! I recall he
fell out with a few folk on here and deleted all his posts.

I met him twice, once in Stonehaven at a meet and once at his house. Tbh a very nice chap and I hope he's doing well. Would be a laugh if he came
back here, would add some spice to the mix!

Nearly 20 years for me as well, only joined to sell a wiring loom.not on here very often these days. I also met Calvin X once, nice guy and very
helpful , a lot of info went when he deleted all of his posts. Didn’t he moved to Cyprus or Malta? Wherever he is I hope he is well

He got banned for being toxic. He just didn't convey himself well on a keyboard.

A smidge over 14 years for me. Lfe has changed a lot over those years. Married, houses, 2 kids, multiple jobs, many many track days. . . .
I have enjoyed this forum, bought my 1st Striker from bimbleuk on here. Bought loads of stuff, sold a few things and shared lots of knowledge. I have
met a good few of you as well over the years.
Still check this place daily.
Congrats all for making this forum STILL the best car forum on the net!
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!
