Now I really AM impressed!
On Tuesday, about 12:00, I ordered a quick rack on-line from Rally Design. Yesterday at about 08:30 it arrived at home. Now THAT'S what I call
good service, with no extra charge for quick delivery. 
Not tremendously well packed, but it arrived totally intact so it must have been good enough.
...and don't ask whether I really need a quick rack for normal road driving - I just knew that I really wanted one!

aye, they are sharp with it now!
Can't fault em these days!
They used to be a bit poor in terms of delivery on occasion and certainly in terms of the first website, but now they are superb.
I used to hear a lot of people ordering "critical" bits from Demon Thieves because they wanted to be sure they would get them for the next
race etc, nowadays its changed and Rally Design get those orders!!
